1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the official website and game services of In Pocket Land (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") and all supplementary documents, including the Privacy Policy and Community Rules. 3. User Conduct Guidelines
3.1 Legal Use
You agree not to use the service through any illegal means, including but not limited to:
Cracking the game, using cheats, or modifying game data;
Maliciously attacking servers, spreading viruses, or conducting DDoS attacks;
Exploiting game vulnerabilities for improper gain (such as repeatedly claiming rewards).

5. Disclaimer
5.1 Service Interruptions
While we strive to ensure service stability, we are not responsible for the following:
Service interruptions caused by network operator or device failures or force majeure;
Functional malfunctions caused by your failure to update the game version promptly.
5.2 Third-Party Content
Advertisements, links, or user-generated content displayed in the game are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their authenticity, legality, or accuracy. Transactions with third parties (such as in-app purchases) are at your own risk.
5.3 Data Loss
Although we take steps to back up data, we are not responsible for game progress lost due to device damage, system failure, or your voluntary deletion. We recommend that you connect to the Internet regularly to synchronize cloud saves (if supported by the game).
6. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination of Service
9.1 User Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. Deleting the game will constitute termination.
9.2 Termination by Us
If you materially breach the Terms (e.g., cheating, copyright infringement), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the Service and ban your device.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game and related materials.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, litigation shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Santa Clara County, California.
11. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in force.
Our failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
